potatoes and pasta and any of the foods that are, ‘of neither fork nor spoon’
For me the foods to avoid are the sugary carb ones. I find my body much more sensitive to salt and sodium these days. That said, what is better in winter than soup and bread?
PS. I think keeping physically active is a graviteer’s friend.

* food groups or classes that seem to be more effective at adding weight compared to other food groups. My own ‘deadly’ food(s): potatoes and pasta and such… way more weight gain with those foods than others…. ya know?
